Buffalo plans police and fire fleet replacements as aging vehicles strain emergency services
Buffalo plans to have 28 new fire vehicles and 105 police vehicles by January as officials say aging equipment has strained patrols and emergency response.

Long overdue. The majority of their rigs were cheapo-depot ALF engines and half the trucks were OOS for the last few years. Good to see some investment in a department that in about a month will be very, very busy once it starts getting cold.
