Buying binge?

Certainly sounds like FDNY is buying binge!  New Hazmat tech units, foam tenders, Field comm units, EMS station relocation trailers and MSU units.  Many being completely new units either in style or quantity instead of one-for-one replacements of existing equipment.  Sounds like there's going to be some upcoming changes in SOP's!
