CFD accident

Chicago Fire Dept Squad 2 was involved in a MVA @ approximately 6AM. Un it was responding to a working fire at 1000 Roosevelt. Squad 2 is a 2 peice unit, a squad unit and a 55' snokel. The snorkel unit was hit by a driver who ran the intersection. CFD members are OK, the other vehicle was heavily damaged. Personally I do not give a shit on their prognosis on them. 6AM, there is not a lot of traffic at their intersection. Members are OK, screw the driver.

Driver of the car was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Unknown the extent of injuries to the driver. Squads crew had no reported injuries at the time of the news cast.
