Chelsea Ma 9th alarm 11/18/24

1 Forbes St, fire reported a little bit after Midnight. All Four Schools at the Mary C. Burke Elementary Complex are closed and Suspensions on MBTA Commuter Rail from Lynn to North Station.
 
Chelsea Mass. Has a long history of major fires Including one of the greatest Conflagrations in American History in 1973. Thank God for great "Jakes" = Firefighters in Chelsea and the entire greater Boston Area. Only a great fire Department with the help of their brothers and sisters from the surrounding area could have controlled this fire. Thank God the wind speed was not higher. During Chelsea's busy times some Boston companies had as much fire duty there as they did in their own department.
 
As you can see above the Boston boys got some work in on this one (3 Engines, 2 Ladders and a Chief)
