Cincinnati Fire Department battled a 2-Alarm House fire Wednesday morning. Units arrived to find heavy fire from a vacant house. The house was site of a previous burn and all firefighting was done defensively on the main house with exposure protection a priority. A second alarm was requested for manpower. Full extinguishment took more than two hours. This was the eighth multi-alarm fire in Cincinnati in the last three months.
