A firefighter with the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport Fire Department died last week of cancer related to his job.

Family, friends gather to lay Tri-State firefighter to rest

Mark Hernandez dedicated 21 years to the fire service, working at five different departments over his career, most recently with CVG Airport Fire.
