Citywide Section Guidance

Please use this section to post information about FDNY department information, citywide incidents, activity (e.g. - R&Ws), promotions, graduations, budgets, regulations and policies. Postings can be fire, EMS, administrative or general in nature - which pertain to FDNY. Postings regarding borough incidents and fires should be posted in respective borough Incident Sections (Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens/Bronx/SI). Memorials for deceased members and LODDs should be posted, when confirmed, in the General Section or the appropriate borough Incident Section where the related incident or fire has been posted. FDNY postings which are historical in nature should be posted in the History Section. Thank you.
