Columbus, OH Firefighter dies after battle with cancer

Today, August 13th 2022, the Columbus Division of Fire regrets to announce the passing of Firefighter Doug Wortman after a second courageous battle with cancer. He dedicated 33 years to the residents of Columbus and for that we will be forever grateful. Our hearts are heavy today with this loss of a great man.
