According to my 6th ed. Operational Reference a CommCord BC responds to a second alarm.

I don't see this officer in any rundown. Has he been replaced by the Resource Unit Leader?


I cannot match these two , what does the RUL do? Does he assist the Incident Commander in knowing who/what rig is on scene ?

The Resource Unit Leader is the designation once known as the Communications Coordinator. I am going to presume the jobs haven't changed, since it was just a change in title, and we didn't receive any new documentation about it when the change was made close to 6 yrs ago.
