Two area firefighters were arrested for intentionally setting a fire in a church Monday morning.

I don't think that's where either of us were going. Mine was a personal observation based on my area. It has unfortunately happened numerous times in my area and it revolved around different volunteer departments that ran infrequent calls. I am a volunteer myself.

Not saying that at all, basically saying you have bad elements in all levels of the service. Having over 40 years of service in all types of departments, I have seen "bad actors" in them all!
