We all know FDNY dispatchers do an outstanding job - somedays some dispatchers are very busy and always seem to rise to the occasion under difficult circumstances particularly when they are called upon to dispatch for multiple incidents such as today in Queens with the Major MVA in Queens Village and the other 10-75's and so forth.
