Drones in use for high rise fire, don't know where

Thought this was interesting, found it on Facebook (so it must be real, right?). Have no idea where it was taken. They appear to be using foam of some sort . . . anybody know more about it?

 
maybe CAFS -compressed air foam system

I´ve never seen before a drone pulling up a hoseline ten floors up. But the only way i think that can be able is with compressed air.
 
Not sure either, but after a google search I'm suspecting China. I do have several questions about how they are accomplishing that.
