The 1941 WLF was Brooklyn E251's wagon from 1941 until it was disbanded in 1946. The 1941 WLF hose wagon then went to E203 before it was reassigned to Rescue 5 in 1948. E251 used to be in the Brooklyn Navy Yard then moved to E211's FH on Clymer St. before going to 26 Hooper St. with E211 & L119. Queens E251's first rig was a 1951 WLF Quad that they ran with for yearsmemory master said:Am I correct in presuming it was at 252 when they were a Brooklyn unit? I don't think 251 went to Queens until 1952 or '53.
