My daughter lives in the complex and her building was not involved. Large hill to get to the complex and the complex is on the side of a mountain. Not much room for trucks to pass once they are in front of the building She said entire area was a sheet of ice. I’m surprised Tarrytown wasn’t called they have a fire house not far from there
