Does anyone know if 52 Charlie is a fdny or voluntary hospital unit and what is the 89 i have not worked the area in a few years just wondering

I believe 52C is a voluntary out of NYHQ, formerly Booth Memorial and the 89 is Northern Blvd. & 154 street.
