Box 12-7  Arlington St at Dorcester (44 Arlington St)  Initial alarm received from EMS unit. Fire was in triple decker.

On report of working fire:  E 12, E 6, E 13, E 2, L 1, L 3, Rescue 1, Car 4, L 7 RIT
2nd Alarm struck by Worcester Fire Alarm when units reported occupants still in building.
3rd Alarm requested by IC as building collapses with members inside.

Investigating possible arson for this fire. $5000 reward for information.  WFD was searching fire building for reported occupant when collapse occurred.  He was not in building but has since been found and arrested for outstanding warrants.  Investigation in progress.
