Trying to see what exactly the memo said but Marine Units will not be responding to regular assigned boxes only confirmed fires. But will be responding to people in the water calls.

Marine 2 should be in Fireboat Bravest, Spare "Alpha" Boats probably in use for everything else

More likely for them to be on a patrol basis instead of specifically basing them from a specific quarters

They are not spares. Each Rescue has their own Reserve they are numbered R11-R15 they only thing that needs to be added is the SCUBA gear couple little things but they were made to go right into service for easy change over. For each special event I believe it’s every month is a different rescue. POTUS, whatever it may be this month R1 next should be R2 but sometimes it changes. All depends who is available too
