F.D.N.Y. Crane

Seen in a video of inside the shop's and seen a make with what looked to be a crane on it. Is this a new special unit, or a rig used by the shops?

You are probably thinking of the cable scraper (see photos below). It's mounted on a Mack Granite chassis, and looks something like a crane. It is used to pull cables out of buried conduit so it can be replaced. Part of alarm system maintenance. It was delivered in Aug 2019.
