FD and PD working to gether <> who's in command ?

When I started checking out how FDNY works, I discovered PD having same sorts of apparatus like FD.
I had some questions answered then, put I cannot recall asking what happens when both FD and PD are on scene.

I think it will happen, and then : Who's in command ? I think FD (wishful thinking...)

Are there some pics and vids to be found with both FDNY and NYPD on the job ?

Thanks for the info.
Still I think there could be discussion when during Unified Command Incidents FD and PD priorities are different.

Here in the Netherlands, we don't have PD with 'FD' tasks. When there's a major incident a command team of Fire, EMS, PD and others when when needed will be established, but there is always a Chief of FD in command when Fire-jobs have to be done.
