I have a neighbor that was interested in filing; but neither he nor I could find anything in the N.O.E. regarding minimum/maximum age to file, or for retirement. Is it there somewhere and we both missed it?
regards Age. No min or max. Just need to fulfill the requirements.
Retirement. If younger then 30 normally get placed in the disp 25 retirement where you can retire after 25 years with 50% or 30 years with 60%
If over 30, there’s a min number of years and age you would need to reach (I think it’s 5/63) to collect a pension.
