I don't know for sure John, but possibly the Hotel St George fire downtown Brooklyn in 1995. I was in R1, we responded as a second Rescue (R2 was already on the scene). R3 also responded. The fire in the residential high rise was eventually (I believe) made a separate fire to make things a little more manageable for the I.C..johnd248 said:Brooklyn currently has a fourth alarm operating at box 1289 for a fire at 613 5th Avenue, near 17th Street. Units assigned are from Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Bronx. Question is: how often is there a fire with units from four boroughs? Has there ever been an incident, aside from 9/11, when all five boroughs responded to one fire?
