FDNY HISTORY QUESTIONS.

I know there are many excellent FDNY Historians on this great site.....I have a Friend who is a RET FDNY LT who I worked with thru the years when he was a FF then also had him as a Boss for awhile later on (some on here have met him)....he recently asked me for some info that I hope some on here can provide feedback on ......in the 1st question he is looking for info on an early 1960s Fire on Staten Island where an FDNY LT lost his life......in the 2nd question he is looking for info on an early 1960s Multiple Alarm at Onderdonk & Flushing Aves ....at that one the then current proby class was brought to the scene & helped overhaul......hope some can help...Thanks.
