Fire 41 Hall street 1/1985

I was wondering if anyone here worked the Hall street fire in the Navy yard beck in 85. It was the day before the fire next to rescue 1’s quarters. It went to 10 alarms and surprisingly enough, all the buildings that caught fire are still there, albeit som a few floors shorter. I’ve listened to the audio and read the articles but was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience or good stories about this fire?

R*2 was 1st Due from the old Carlton Ave Qtrs....I was not working.

I was referencing this fire. It’s crazy both these jobs were a day apart
