Willy, is it me or are your Citywide totals off. Based on the info you provided for each boro, I get 980 total AH, 61 total seconds, 12 thirds, 2 fourths and 2 fifth alarms and one sixth.

980 total CW equals to less than 100/month, this is way off your totals posted at the end of each month, like 150 in average

I have revised the Total Number of All Hands Fires.
The CORRECT NUMBER of ALL HANDS FIRES CITYWIDE for the Year 2024 is - - - 1,912

I realize how I made that mistake.
I failed to add in the 901 All Hands for the first half of 2024 in reply # 20.

I have recounted the number of multiple alarm fires according to the months you mention based on this Fire Activity Report presented and found the numbers I posted to be correct, except for December.

Recounting I got:
January - 13 - - reply #1
February - 11- - reply # 4
April - 11 - - reply # 10

December - 13 (THANK YOU, you are correct on that - I couldn't read my own writing) - - reply # 36

As you note, your figures are correct if you only count the data you reported in your monthly multiple tallies (ie: reply #1, #4, and #10) however, there were actually 162 multiples in 2024 (as you reported in post #49 from Herb Eysser):

- There were 14 multiples in January - your list doesn’t include 22-0269 at JFK on 1/13
- There were 12 multiples in February - your list doesn’t include 22-0037 at LaGuardia on 2/29
- There were 14 multiples in April - your list doesn’t include 22-2199 (Bronx) on 4/8 or either of the 2 seconds at 0269 (JFK) on 4/11

Please understand that I’m not trying to be a smart aleck, I’m only trying to ensure that the data is accurate.
