Fire and EMS Promotions on January 3

Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta will preside over a promotions ceremony for members of the FDNY?s Fire Service and EMS Command on January 3. The ceremony will take place at New York Technical College?s Kiltgord Auditorium in Brooklyn at 11 a.m.
