I don't know who came up with the concept of the "Blue Hulk", but the great Pete Ortell did the graphics for "Big Blue" on the rig at least for the 1979 Mack R and the patch.
Pete also did the graphics of Hagar the Horrible running with a burning candle on the 7th Division rig when Deputy Chief Dunn was working there.
