Correct, all new Battalion and Division vehicles come equipped with McDermott Vertical Lightbars.

Hi-Risers are what Whelen calls their version of these lights, but these are not used by the FDNY.

Generally no.

Every ladder is different, there is a certain amount of equipment that has to be kept on all ladders. Then you go down to what special functions they may have. Such as Water Rescue, KO Curtain, SOC Support, Etc

For sure! Down the line prob will see a bigger tablet and command board will prob always be there.
