German Police Officer dies after attack

RIP Officer...
Tragic.
The video of this attack has touched a nerve with many people in Germany, for a very different reason.
It shows the officer immediately subduing the victim of the initial knife attack, an actual German. The Afghan killer stabs the officer from behind while he is pinning the victim to the ground. That victim is then handcuffed by another officer after the Afghan is shot.
Many Germans see this as a metaphor for the way they are treated by their own government. In the sense that the millions of foreigners present are presumed to be good and Germans are bad. That the German state apparatus works against its own people.
In fact, just last week a German politician was fined by the government for pointing out the statistical fact of high Afghan crime rates.
Tasteful or not, that is a popular alternative view of the killing. Unfortunately a police officer is dead and a German citizen has been seriously injured.
Just this morning, 2 NYPD officers were shot by a Venezuelan illegal.
