Sweden explosion: Up to 20 hurt in apartment blast

As many as 20 people were hurt and hundreds were evacuated Tuesday following an explosion at an apartment building in Goteborg, Sweden, authorities said.

My brother, who is staying with me this week, has a friend who lives in Gothenberg, he was speaking with him this morning and the follow up on this is a 55 year old man who was supposed to be evicted as of today blew up the apt rather than face the eviction.

The body of the 55 year old, Mark Lorentzen, was recovered from the water in Gothenburg on October 6th. Dead from apparent suicide.

On October 15th one of the injured victims passed away. She was a retired nurse who had been treated in an intensive burn care unit since the explosion/fire.
