Chief 1 reporting heavy smoke showing from city hall. (FYI: City Hall is about 2000 feet SSW of incident location).

IC reporting the bulk of the fire is K/D
IC conducting a PAR count and then getting crews ready to reenter the structure
Newport News sending E2 and E3 to backfill
Norfolk sending E13 to backfill
LOG1 on scene with the air trailer
TWR8 going to work. Staging is disbanded
IC placing the fire under control
Crews will be preforming extensive overhaul
Companies are continuing to mop up hotspots and flare ups. This will be a prolonged incident

Hampton Fire-Rescue officials say a fire at Pine Cone Harbour Condominiums on Island Cove Court was reported around 12:30 p.m.
