It looks like all 11 engines & 5 ladders were sent. Do they have recall for reserve pieces? If not, I’m surprised they only brought 2 & 2 in to cover the city.

Reserves are staffed following third alarms or in anticipation of heavier snow.
Mutual aid requests are for 1 & 1 from 3 closest career departments. (East Hartford, West Hartford, New Britain)
Adjacent volunteer departments have only been called when needed to go to work because city and mutual aid units are already working.
