Units dispatched @23:48 to 550 Oakridge Road, Amazon Distribution Center, in the area of Cinnamon Oak Drive & Simmons Drive, for the activated fire alarm. Upgraded to a commercial structure box.

LCCC911 – Alarm company reporting unknown area of alarm, no contact with facility @23:49

166-C1 – Dispatch West Hazleton for an engine and truck due to 141 not getting out @23:53

LCCC911 – Upgraded assignment to a commercial structure box, facility called in stating smell of something burning in the facility @23:56

LCCC911 – Smell of burning is coming from the fork truck charging area @23:59

183-C1 – Plug in front of the structure is bad, attempting to locate another water source @00:02

Wow! 141 failed to respond? They're one of the most squared away departments in that area. Surprised to see they failed on a first due fire.

Yeah I was shocked listening to it. When it's them and Harwood on a box, it's usually Harwood failing and 141 putting 4 pieces on the road.
 
Was it a manpower issue? Could not get 1 rig on the road?
I never heard a single person from 141 sign on the air, even after the redispatch for the upgrade. Not sure on Hazle Township's operating guidelines, but most departments around here allow for chauffeur only response.
