Interesting Staff Chief move

At the fourth Alarm fire at Brooklyn the other day the staff Chief in charge was Car 4A AC Woods. Seems the Chief has moved from being the Staten Island Borough Commander to the Deputy Chief Of Operations. Anyone know who his replacement is ?
