Description: Fire cockloft and roof of a 2-brick row OMD. K/D about 2148hrs.
 
Jersey City has been a department suffering from many budget cuts as of late. As a result, as many as 6 fire companies are "browned-out" daily. A Battalion Chief and Engine 18 are browned-out pretty regularly.

Could be(If all in quarters, no brown-outs):

Ladder 12, Tower Ladder 4
Battalion 1
Deputy 1
Squad 4
Rescue 1
Safety Battalion
Mask Service Unit

Working Fire Assignment:

For what a jersey city firefighter we spoke too last month, the brownouts maybe coming to an end since they are in the process of getting a proby class in/ hiring of more guys
