We have a 4 building multi-unit "high end" 3 floor apartment complex that was recently completed and made entirely of wood frame and is quite literally an accident waiting to happen. Of course, bike and battery scooter storage is on the 1st floor. Our local FD is well equipped but undermanned, even with mutual aid I doubt they could keep any fire in those structures contained down to a surround and drown operation.

Hoping for the best and quickest recovery for the JCFD members injured on this job.
