Fire in a 2 Floor Private Dwelling.

Also, not sure how Kearny and JC Operates, but only two trucks on a 2nd Alarm?

Usually, there's supposed to be 3 trucks including the Harrison ladder, but they may have been put OOS around midnight.

If the third assigned ladder is OOS, shouldn't the next up ladder in the mutual aid agreement be dispatched.

That would make sense. The next up ladder would've been North Arlington, but with Jersey City sending an extra task force it probably would've been them. Sometimes, the engine companies in Kearny end up doing truck work depending on the scene.
