The last sighting was at Kester. Firefighters are deploying to multiple predesignated rescue points along the river to conduct rescue operations. The water is estimated to be moving 5-10mph. The bystander who went in the water earlier and required rescue was transported to the hospital with dog bite wounds. The female patient, first rescue, did not require transport.
