Info from Rockingham Alert FB. Fourth alarm Lowell MA with second alarm on arrival. Heavy fire in a large 3 story with fire through the roof and people trapped. Fire communicated to adjacent buildings. High winds and water supply problems. Now a fifth alarm with fire spreading to the roofs on buildings on three streets.
