Manchester, Ct House Fire 1/28/25

From the pictures, the members seem very squared away and into the job.
It's basically a new dept. There was a paid and combo department in the same town ( I live here and started my firefighting career here) and they combined 7/1/23. Hired about 30 guys and ordered some new rigs. They now run 5 & 2. 3 man engines 4 man trucks. They do a nice job even with the growing pains. Busy place. About 10,000 calls a year and the fire duty is going up.

How do they implement their ALS?
