My Ole Stompin' Grounds. 'Back in The Day', I worked Security @ Stuy-Town/PCV a couple of years. I actually lived for a time
opp. 6 Oval, in a 'Company Apartment' in 14 Oval. In 'The Day' I got to know The Guys in Eng.5, 28/11, 3Truck & Btn.6.
We used to have to do 'Chain Drops' to provide access to 'The Oval' Buildings. Back then we had 3-Wheel Cushman Scooters,
( Now, They have Cars). When in a Scooter, we'd respond to one of the Drives, (14th St., 1st Ave, 20th St., Ave. C ) with a key
to Drop the Locked Chain on the Traffic-Restricted Roads onto 'The Oval".
