Milwaukee firefighters battled a large blaze, at a U-Haul rental and self storage facility on the cities near south side, - 1599 S Barclay St. It took about five hours to contain the blaze which was spreading from one section, to other adjoining sections, in a large group of joined buildings. The fire started just after 6:30 pm. No reported injuries. Cold temperatures and windy conditions made it more challenging to bring it under control.
