Monsignor John has recently been diagnosed with an advanced stage of an aggressive cancer. He needs us all to keep him in our prayers.

Msgr John was a young new Parish Priest in my ole Parish (Good Shapherd, Marine Pk, Bklyn) when I first met him. I think Msgr Brady, pastor and FD Chaplain, recruited him for FDNY.
He has always celebrated the annual Mass at E279-L131 and many ceremonies and has been an enthusiastic Chaplain to the FDNY and always brings a smile what ever the cause. I will keep him in my thoughts.
Sadly Cancer spares no one! 😢
