Description: Fire in (3) 3-story frame mixed occupancy.

0021hrs- 2nd Alarm on arrival for heavy fire in the rear of a 3-story row. Tower Ladder to access the rear from South Bond St.

0023hrs- M/A Pelham E-5, Eastchester TL-17 to the scene.

0030hrs- Heavy fire in the rear of 24 and 26 with exposure problems. Eastchester TL-17 to set up in front.

0032hrs- M/A Yonkers E-312, L-73, B-2 to cover Station 3.

0038hrs- CMD transmitting 3rd Alarm, req. Yonkers send a Tower Ladder to scene with the cover engine. B-2 replacing L-73 with L-75.

0048hrs- (1) Tower Ladder and (2) lines in operation in the rear, (1) line in front. Setting up a ladder pipe and TL-17 in front. Fire is through the roof.

0100hrs- Fire throughout 22 Mount Vernon Ave, fire on all floors in the rear of 24 and 26. (2) LSO, (1) Tower Ladder in front. Exterior operations.

0110hrs- Yonkers units redirected back to cover Station 3.

0115hrs- Fire throughout all (3) buildings. Numerous master streams, (2) Tower Ladders, (1) ladder pipe in operation.

THEMAJESTIRIUM1: Do you know if exposure 2 saved or was it going to be demolished? Whomever built that building knew what they were doing. The amount of heavy smoke and fire in the original building was pushing good. I see the #4 wall of exposure 2 has some severe charring. Hopefully they were able to save it.
