I received this from one of the members on this site. A new piece of equipment used by the MTA to remove rubbish from the tracks along subway routes. This rubbish along the tracks often catches fire which results in delays along the system. More importantly, ties up fire equipment that might be needed for serious incidents elsewhere.

You're right, Willy.  When they made me, after saying "Oh my Lord what is that . . . we'd never want another one", they broke the mold. ;)
 
Are politicians included in the rats and garbage these cars will pickup?  If so, they better put a few more on the lines.  ::)
