Always a chance Engine 330 and Ladder 172 could replace E284/L149.

In one of the news clips they showed what looked like the IMT or Mobile Command truck was there. Was just wondering if anyone can confirm which one it was, thank you?

Would the respective Engine Co assigned to the MCC respond or would FC Staff take it?

The engine company that the Mobile Command is housed with transports the MCC to fires, collapses, 10-60s, etc. when dispatched.  If that engine company is out of service, then there is a backup engine assigned to transport the unit.  Field Comm transports the MCC for preplanned major events (such as sporting events, parades).
