Wild video, a power line comes down on top of the ladder causing it to collapse with guys on it 😧

I'm not sure why they didn't make the rescue from the tower ladder in the 1st place. It was certainly in a better position and would have been a much safer way to make the rescue. It also would've been much quicker. Of course determining operational effectiveness from somebody who was not at the scene is always easier.
