Bronx BOX 4500 was used for this incident

TL-53 first FDNY unit on the scene behind the NYAC, New Rochelle was operating, they were not needed

BN-20 made it a 10-33 code 1

E-66 did not get in before E-70. Initially different units responded to different locations for reports of smoke.E-70 reported from Orchard Beach that they saw smoke north of them.TL-53 was the 1st unit to cross into New Rochelle & reported a fire behind the NYAC.L-61 crossed into New Rochelle & met with a unit from the NRFD that informed them it was a boat fire.BN-20 were not going to operate in Westchester for a boat fire.Have units return to DaBronx, 10-33 code 1

The units I listed were not in any particular order, they were just participants in this box.

Yonkers sent rescue 1 into new roc wow???. I know Rescue 4 in new rochelle isnt manned. But thats a ride for Yonkers.
 
Yeah , Why so many Yonkers units ? That is a real long ride for Rescue 1 & The Squad , actually any yonkers Unit , that's about half of the YFD lol
 
Yonkers only sent SQ-11, Ladder-73, and Battalion-1 to backfill NewRo Firehouse at request for an engine and truck....SQ-11 was released quickly thereafter. The rest of YFD units listed did not go, nor were requested.
 
Sevral of those YFD units were working at the rekindle at about the same time on Saw Mill. Maybe you were hearing both jobs at the same time?

That's it Truck4. I was listening to the regional scanner, so I probably picked up both jobs.

Yeah. I must have been listening to two jobs at once. I did find it kind of strange why Yonkers would send a Rescue such a long way when the remaining NRFD staff could staff their Rescue 4 if needed.
