If it really was delivered it was an awful quick delivery from the time of order. It was just earlier this year when they purchase order for it was posted here.

What makes it a "super pumper" vs a high pressure (2000 gpm) engine?
How do they plan to use it?

I believe the High Pressure Engines 6, 8, 10, 26, 34, soon to be 39, 54, 65, & 258 all have a 3rd Stage and that is what makes it High Pressure, not having 2000 GPM. The High Pressure engines they had before 2013 were all only 1000 GPM.

On YouTube the video of the Bronx 5 alarm pallet yard fire the satalite was there but not used it seemed like a perfect opportunity to use it at this fire but did not see it operating I'm not questioning FDNY tactics and I never will just wondering what determines when it needs to operate.
