North Bellmore NY (Nassau) Working Fire 12/6/22

The North Bellmore Fire Department operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] on Tyrus Court off North Jerusalem Road on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 6th, 2022. Firefighters put one hand line into operation for a fire in the basement of a two-story cape style private dwelling. Uniondale was designated the FAST and responded to the scene with Ladder 754. The fire was quickly knocked down before it could extend further, and its cause is under investigation. North Bellmore Chief of Department White III [6500] had command of the incident.
