Old Fire House

I was watching a TV show on MTV and i noticed these 2 chicks are living in an old brooklyn ( i think) fire house  its near mercer street i know there was a BC housed there too any idea what old house it is

If it's Mercer St. it's in Manhattan, 155 Mercer St. just south of Houston St. the former quarters of Ladder 20, Engine 13 for a while and Batt. 5.

If it is the one in Jersey City, anyone have any idea what companies were housed there. I would assume maybe either JCFD Engine 5 and/or Ladder 6 or Engine 6 and/or Ladder 2
